Fire In The Mountains
Fire in the Mountains intentionally curates music that embodies and exemplifies the primal wonder of the natural world. We are by no means solely a metal festival. When curating the music we seek out musicians whose sounds act as conduits to enhance the inspirational marvel that are the Teton Mountains. The musical landscapes of those who play Fire in the Mountains capture the power of our epic natural landscapes, while their lyrical themes relate life’s ethereal and esoteric mysteries. They provide the fuel to ignite the fire in the mountains.
We welcome, honor, and embrace people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, racial background, or sexual orientation. We will not tolerate discrimination of any sort at Fire in the Mountains as we are a community of open minded people.
HEART 6 RANCH, MORAN, WYOMING
IN THE HEART OF THE TETONS
The oldest Dude Ranch in Jackson Hole with structures dating back to the mid-1800’s when fur trappers would hunker down for the winter months and gamble their time away, Heart 6 Ranch embodies what the old west is all about. Nestled in the majestic mountain landscape bordering Grand Teton National Park, and with the most inspiring backdrop you will ever see at a music venue (the Grand Tetons), Heart 6 Ranch offers us the freedom to enjoy the mountain wilderness in any and all ways one can imagine. Essentially, it’s a choose your own adventure novel. Heart 6 Ranch manifests what Fire in the Mountains is all about, and is western as fuck.
The Tetons are remote. We know how hard it is to get to this destination. For that reason, we want to help you get the camping gear you need to comfortably sleep outside in this gorgeous venue. We have partnered with Teton Backcountry Rentals to give you the option to rent a 2 or 3 person tent, sleeping bags, and sleeping pads. You can rent these tents directly through the FITM ticketing page. They will be available for you to pick up at the camping chek-in. If you need other gear don’t hesitate to get in touch with Teton Backcountry Rentals directly. Their link is below. They have everything you would need.
