Event description

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

If you haven't been to one of these festivals then now is the time. The Light rail from the center of Sydney gets you right to the gate of Royal Randwick. There's also plenty of parking if you have a designated driver.

Come into the glorious WINX Stand and behold 55 brightly decorated stands showing a large array of gin bottles, botanicals, ice buckets and jugs of water and manned by the distillers who made the gin. Ask for a sample in your tasting glass "yes some tonic too please" and off you go on a journey through the room selecting gin to your taste. You can purchase a bottle or two and carry them in the tote bag we give you when you arrive.

Stop at the Schibello Coffee stand for a reviver and head for the cafe for a salad and some crispy hot chips.

Hop back to pick up that bottle of gin you loved and make your way home wiser and happier that you know a great deal more about this interesting spirit.

Distillers from all states will be serving up their very own signature gins so you can expect plenty of creations infused with native botanicals, and locally-sourced fruits and berries. On tap will also be the classics, contemporary, mature aged and flavoured gins. Ever tried a shiraz gin? Get your experimental palate moving and dive into the juniper party.

WESLEY from Prohibition Liquor will be there pouring your favourites.

FARMERS WIFE are bringing their new release Autumn Gin

Head Distiller Justin from THREE CUTS is coming from TASMANIA with his trophy gin

For ESTER SPIRITS fans Felix and Corrina are bringing Strong Gin, Negroni, Bee's Knees and their Mandarin bombshell gin.
Make sure you get TWO free tote bags at the door!
