Live event ticket holders

Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will be registering all attendees on arrival at the live events. We therefore require the name of each ticket holder prior to the event.
You can update attendee information by simply selecting 'edit order' on your confirmation email and updating by Friday 19 February.
If you purchased a corporate table you are entitled to virtual tickets as part of your package. You will be sent a unique access code to share with your virtual guests who will need to individually register for the virtual event.
If you have purchased a 'Live & Virtual package', you must register the details for each person attending the live event by Friday 19 February. You will also be sent a unique access code to share with your guests who will need to individually register for the virtual event.

Virtual event ticket holders

Individual ticket holders will be emailed a unique link to access the virtual event 48 hours prior.
If you purchased multiple virtual tickets, you must register the details for each person attending the virtual event by Friday 19 February.
If you purchased a 'Live & Virtual package', you must register the details for each person attending the live event by Friday 19 February. You will also be sent a unique code to share with your guests who will need to individually pre-register for the virtual event.
Each registration triggers a unique link so please do not share your confirmation email. If your ticket is forwarded to others, only the first person to use it will be granted access so you may be blocked and will not be able to gain access on event day.
